Sweet Potatoes Hummus With Lamb Kebab

500 g Sweet Potatoes, Cut In Cubes
2 Garlic, Cloves
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ cup Tahini
¼ tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Sumac
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Thyme, Fresh
3 Beef Kebab
Salt (As Needed)
Marinate sweet potatoes with oil and salt. Baked in 180c for 10 minutes.
Grill the beef kebab until its cook thoroughly.
Mix all the ingredients included sweet potatoes with food processor and blend finely.
